SIMPLE HIRING PROCESS


1. Application

Submit your application using our job board, or by stopping in to Princeton AtWork Personnel office. A member of the AtWork recruiting team will review your information. If you meet our hiring criteria we will contact you to continue through the process

2. Paperwork

You will be asked to complete state and federal tax forms, an I-9 form and provide proof of identity and employment authorization from a list of acceptable documents on the I-9 form.

3. Interview

If you are invited in for an appointment, our recruiter will conduct a one-on-one interview to assess your interests, experience, career goals and work preferences. During the interview, they will review your work history and identify opportunities that may be right for you.

4. Skill Testing

To offer you right job it’s required to evaluate your skill. We will contact you to evaluate your skill on subject with our special software resources.

5. Job Overview Video

After validating job skills, you will be ask to watch job overview video. That will provide you an opportunity to re-examine manuscript job descriptions and improve understanding of job profile with required job skills.

6. Reference check & E-Verification

We will contact previous employers to verify dates of employment and work performance. You must also be willing to submit to a drug screen and background check. We will verify your employment eligibility with US Department of Homeland Securities.

7. Orientation

Once you are hired, you will receive a manual containing AtWork Personnel employee information and policies & procedures. You will also receive orientation in areas such as Safety and Health, and our Work Place Harassment policy. This may include video training.

Job availability changes on a daily basis. Once our application process is complete, you will be considered based on your preferences and your skills and will be offered appropriate positions.

You will need to come into our office and fill out an application. You will be asked to provide complete work history information as well as asked preference of shift, type of work and preference of location.

After the application is complete, you will interview with a staffing manager. In the interview, you will have the opportunity to discuss what vocational skills you have and what you are looking for in your next position. The staffing manager will discuss not only what specific skills you have, but also find out more about your experiences in job-related settings.

Once you have completed the interview, you will go through basic safety training and, for office and professional positions, may be asked to do some computer testing to determine skill levels.

AtWork Personnel does reference checks with previous employers and other references provided by applicants. Once reference information is complete, you will be offered jobs based on all the factors of your interview process.
